A+B+C process

This series of drawings show my use of the 'Boolean Union' as addition in the equation. The idea of Lego construction as simple addition seemed to influence my ideas. I started by performing the union between A(cone) and B(doorstop) then that combination unioned with C (cubes with plane-building). As each progresses I experiment with rotate, copy and scale. I initially went overboard with copying the unioned objects and felt it was not heading toward an apex, so i went back a few steps to where only scale had been used with one copy.
I felt this was more the defining apex of the drawing. This was mainly because the idea of union seem quite simple so commands a simple image. The process runs from the bottom .
